Roberto Cavalli in Chinese

Autumn/Winter Collection ’15 at a Glance

A few years ago, Roberto Cavalli put Victoria Beckham in a dress that transformed her into a Ming vase. After having watched the film In the Mood for Love (about Hong Kong in the 1960s), he is pinning his hopes on China again this autumn: floral prints from the Ming Dynasty, vase-like heels, gold, ruffles, lace and silk carried the models off to Asia. Yet the collection manages perfectly well without any bright red. The colours: forest green, black and mustard.

Snake chains, slender gold bangles, wide waist belts, oversized clutches, black ankle boots.

Our Favourite
Baroque, snow-white shirt dress underneath a long, forest green, sleeveless coat. Chinese silk prints on the lining and discreetly on collars. With it: an XXL leopard-print clutch.

The Show
Seven Chinese candelabra made of strip lights exude a sense of modern China.
