Jewellery Trends: Bright Prospects
All that glitters is not just gold, is our proverb for this autumn and winter. Certainly not: silver and shades of rose with colourful accents are a must, too. This season’s jewellery has much more to offer – more magnitude, more colours and more shapes.
Pomellato, Miu Miu and Louis Vuitton
Louis Vuitton has opted for a skilful mixture of materials. All the rage this season: pearls, gemstones and gold, plus colourful textiles and earrings that needn’t match.
Simple shapes meet geometric gems in the Iconica collection by the Milan-based jeweller Pomellato.
Miu Miu has taken a playful approach. The brand is not only offering high-carat hair ornaments, but also hearts and M logos on earrings.
Bottega Veneta and Saint Laurent
XXL is the jewellery trend of the season. So Bottega Veneta has gone for eye-catching chain necklaces and the colour combination lapis lazuli and gold. And the hip chains from Louis Vuitton’s men’s collection are quite the head-turners, too.
Less colour but more length can be found in Saint Laurent’s latest jewellery collection, with tassels on necklaces and earrings alike.
