The Latest Perfumes by the Fashion Greats
Bergamot, vanilla, fine wood. Sensory warmth is what we’re after. And these are the new scents we’ll be wearing throughout the autumn and winter – all by the most coveted fashion labels.
Bottega Veneta L’Absolu Eau de Parfum
The Italian fashion house is once again banking on its typical leather note. This time in combination with Arabic jasmine absolute and Ambroxan. The result is a florally-leathery chypre scent with musky and wooden notes. For the eye: the rosewood-coloured flacon with an ombré effect.
YSL: Black Opium Sound Illusion and Click & Go
The Middle Eastern gourmand scent with coffee bean in its top note merges into vanilla, cedarwood and patchouli before resonating with jasmine and orange blossom. The classic is now available in two new flacons. “Sound Illusion” is decorated with sparkling stones that are supposed to resemble a music equaliser. Zoe Kravitz is the new ambassador for the scent pen Click & Go. The 200 scent shots have a gel texture and a powdery finish.
Armani with Code A-List
There’s news for men from the house of Armani Beauty: Code A-List as a special edition of Armani Code. Bergamot meets green mandarin and a top note of oil of guaiac. The heart note: Provence lavender and sensory tonka bean. The flacon was inspired by a tuxedo. Actor Chris Pine is the charismatic face of the campaign. For women there is the classic Sì passione in a limited-edition Christmas flacon. Don’t miss: the fashion maestro’s latest couture scent – Armani Privé Rose d’Arabie.
Miu Miu Fleur D’Argent
The idea for the fragrance came from Miuccia Prada and perfumer Daniela Andrier. The new top note uses the multi-layered tuberose. Balanced musk notes and a base note of Akigalawood ensure a special scent experience.
