The restaurant Aï serves innovative Asian – primarily Japanese – cuisine. A robata grill, a sushi bar and a cocktail bar are spread over two floors on Seitzergasse. Group Executive Chef Samuel Wilkes awaits you there with an 8- and a 12-course tasting menu. As signature dishes he recommends: Aï tempura black tiger prawns, and for sweet tooths the Aï caramel balls, which are milky caramel dumplings with vanilla Chantilly cream and Styrian apple.
At lunch, business menus are available. You can choose between the Express Lunch (soup, starter and main) and the Business Lunch (soup, two starters and a main). Those who come in the afternoon can order from a small menu with 17 snacks that are always available. Generally served family style

Salmon trout, rose fish, guinea fowl and Grießschmarren (semolina-based shredded pancake) are this week’s luchtime set menues at the restaurant of the Park Hyatt Vienna – the plat du jour as the highlight of your day, every day. For very special occasions head chef Richard Leitner can offer the Chef’s Table at the heart of the show kitchen. Or opt for an exquisite dinner party in the Private Dining Room, where up to 12 guests can be entertained in complete privacy.

Here you can start your day with a superfood breakfast, recharge your batteries after some serious shopping with a quinoa salad or avocado crostini, or simply pop by for a coffee in the pavement café. Which you can choose to have prepared in the Café Am Hof’s Chemex filter coffee maker. It’s difficult to pass by the homemade tortes and cakes without giving in to temptation. A special service: you can also have a custom-made cake made just for you. Your order will be ready for collection within 72 hours.
