Metropolitan Luxury at the Business Center

20160422
When you go to the Unique Business Center on the fifth floor of the Tuchlaubenhof, you know from the moment you enter the reception that this is no run-of-the-mill office concept. Instead of white walls, warm brown and beige tones dominate. Instead of a waiting room, visitors are directed towards welcoming lounges. Lifestyle trends have found their way into everyday office life. The Dutch interior designer Eric Kuster was commissioned for the project, which is also a novelty for him. This was the first time that the man who coined the term “metropolitan luxury” turned his hand to decorating an office. “We wanted a designer to decorate our Business Center in an upmarket style, with high-quality materials, well-chosen pieces and furniture specially designed and made for us,” explains General Manager Sascha Siegert, “We wanted to get away from that classic office style and aim for something more homely.” Combination of flexibility, location and building The Unique Business Center has been open since 1st March, and it is already at 30% capacity. Fully furnished offices ranging in size from 13 to 30 square metres can be rented by the hour, day or even on a permanent basis. Administrative staff take care of secretarial work and manage the virtual office, for which dedicated telephone numbers can be made available upon request. Two conference rooms are at your disposal – complete with catering for your meetings. “Our Business Center is interesting for every branch, type of business and requirement,” according to Siegert. “It is aimed at anyone who is looking for flexibility and modern services combined with high aesthetic standards.” UNIQUE BUSINESS CENTER
